The services are awesome. I haven't found such amazing customer service in the whole of Vancouver, Surrey or Burnaby. Therefore, I travel from Vancouver to Langley just to buy or fix my glasses. The prices are very good and easily fits in the budget. The store has plenty of options to choose based upon your requirements. They understand their customers very well and offer the right solution to their problems. I highly recommend this place.

Visual eyes is the only place in Langley you should be going for your eye care. No matter if you’re a new client, or a returning one - everyone gets a warm welcome, amazing and knowledgeable service, and the best price for glasses and contacts. Claudiu and his wife Adina are beyond kind. My parents, my sister and myself all go to Visual Eyes, and have been for 17 years. If you’re looking for an optician for your child, or to get them their first pair of glasses (they have the CUTEST styles for kids) - go see Claudiu. Maybe you’re new to the area and are looking for an optician for yourself, or just wanting to spruce up your frames/lenses (they also carry up to trend/stylish frames for teens/adults!) - go see Visual Eyes! In my opinion - you’re missing out if you go anywhere else.

Claudiu is the BEST optician in the world! I met him over 30 years ago when he was was just starting out in his optician training and I've followed him through to him owning/operating his own store. He and his wife are both extremely knowledgeable when it comes to having your eyes tested, picking frames and making decisions on lenses or contact lenses. My grown children only buy their glasses from Claudiu. You keep going back to him because of his knowledge, skill and expertise and of course, friendliness and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
